2.  It has a  much quicker turn around time, then a paper mehtod.  The Request can be completed in minutes, hours or days versus weeks or months.
3.  No need to keep up with unrelated emails or faxing in application, everything is attached automatically to related Request.
4.  Application supports full color pictures that can be uploaded directly to the application, all information is kept together.
5.  No need to wait for a Committee meeting to review newest ARC request submitted, Committee Members can review the newest Requests in the comfort of          their own homes.  No need to have several meetings a month to review newly submitted requests.
6.  The Application automatically alerts the entire Committee that a new Request has been submitted, much less chance of a request falling through the cracks.
7.  Residents can check the status of their request at any time.  No need to call the management company or Committee.  Everytime the Status canges, the                resident will receive an email alert.
8.  For the ARC Committee there are reports that show outstanding requests with a click of the mouse.
